ThoroFan Paddock Posse Travers Stakes Picks
The $1.25 million Travers Stakes is the highlight of the Saratoga meet. Monikered the “Midsummer Derby,” the 1 1/4 mile Grade 1 event attracts the leaders of the 3-year-old division.
Ten colts face off, and the leading 3-year-old colt, Golden Tempo once again vies with his nemesis Renegade, whom he bested in the Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes.
The Travers is carded as race 13 of 14, with a post time of 6:35 PM EST.
